Policies

  • Arrival

    We ask that you arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This allows the proper amount of time to check in, fill out any necessary paperwork, and use the facilities before your appointment begins.

  • Late

    In the event you arrive after your scheduled start time, your appointment will still end at the scheduled finish time. You will still be responsible for paying the full amount of the appointment that was originally scheduled.

  • Cancellation

    We ask that you cancel, reschedule, or modify your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Should you cancel, reschedule, or modify your appointment less than 24 hours twice or within four hours of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no show and treated as such.

  • No Show

    In the event you cancel your appointment within 24 hours twice, within four hours of your appointment time, or do not show up to your appointment, it is considered a No Show. You will be responsible for paying the full amount of the services you originally scheduled including service enhancements if they were prescheduled. Failure to pay for the missed treatment(s) will result in you not being allowed to book any future appointments. Once the missed services have been paid for, you may book appointments again.

  • Package

    Our packages are considered a pre-paid treatment with one service provider. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be split between two or more people, nor be split between service providers.

  • Gift Certificate

    Our gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No gift certificate will be accepted past the expiration date. Gift certificates are valid for six months from the purchase date. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service or you must be prepared to use an alternative form of payment.

  • Payment

    We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards. Please note that we do not accept check, Apple Pay, or any other payment apps. We also do not take insurance. Upon request, we can can provide receipts and SOAP notes that you may provide to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Refund

    We do not refund any treatments that have been performed. In the event you need to return a product, we ask that you return it unopened within 30 days of purchase and with the receipt.

  • Child/Age

    No children are allowed at appointments unless they are receiving the treatment. While we have no age restrictions, we require a parent or guardian to sign a consent form and accompany any minor that is under the age of 18 to the appointment and be present in the treatment room.

  • Intake and Consent Form

    You will receive an intake form before your treatment. This form will have important questions that you will need to answer for our service providers to design a proper treatment plan for you. It will also have our policies for you to read and sign that you have read, understood, and agreed to our policies before treatment can begin. We will ask that this form be updated for those who have not been seen for six months or more.

  • Scope of Practice

    Our service providers are licensed professionals who have a high standard of care and do not practice outside of their scope of practice. Each provider will display their credentials that they are qualified to perform.
